Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 June 2026
The short version: Calendar Gnome collects nothing. Your calendar data is read on your Mac, used only to schedule alarms, and never leaves your device.
What the app accesses
- Calendars. With your permission, Calendar Gnome reads events from the calendars you choose, so it knows when your meetings start.
- Notifications. With your permission, it posts local alarms/notifications on your Mac at meeting times.
What we collect
Nothing. Calendar Gnome has no servers, no analytics, no accounts, and makes no network connections. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data.
Where your data lives
Everything stays on your Mac. Your calendar events are read on-device only. Your preferences (which calendars to watch, alarm settings) are stored locally on your Mac. None of it is sent anywhere.
Third parties
There are none. No third-party SDKs, trackers, or advertising are included in the app.
Children
Calendar Gnome does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
